The AI tool is used solely as a decision-support mechanism. Final decisions regarding candidate selection, suitability assessment, and presentation to clients are always made by a human recruiter. Hire-IT does not rely solely on automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects for candidates within the meaning of applicable data protection laws.
